This powerful penis pump uses water rather than air to create safe consistent pressure, increasing penis length and girth and helping enhance erections.
Simply fill the cylinder with water, insert your flaccid penis and press the base against your groin to create a seal.
Pump the HydroXtreme7 to increase pressure inside the chamber and draw blood to your penis, increasing its size. Alternative, plug in and use the included handball pump for a more extreme vacuum.
When water no longer comes out the end, you’ve achieved maximum pressure. Hold for five minutes, then activate the quick-release valve. Repeat up to three times.
Suitable for penis sizes between 5″ to 7″ (13 cm to 18 cm).
