Begin with the lightest ball and work your way up, and increase your workout intensity progressively.
Simply apply water-based lubricant to your selected ball and/or holder then insert into your vagina. Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles for five seconds, then relax for five seconds. Repeat four or five times in a row.
